Faculty of English & Literacy

By studying English, you will develop the core skills of reading, writing, talking and listening through the study of a range of texts. These skills are transferrable skills across the curriculum. Reading is developed through the understanding, analysis and evaluation of written texts. Opportunities will be given for creative, reflective and functional writing experiences in the English classroom. Finally, the skills of talking and listening are progressed though group discussion and presentation activities.
