Physical Education

Physical Education allows you to develop your Physical Movement Skills and Abilities whilst also learning about how different Physical, Mental, Emotional and Social Factors impact on performance. Pupils will explore a range of different methods that can be used to gather data on their performance then create and design their own training/development programmes to improve identified aspects of their performance in preparation for their 'One off Performance.'
